The Practice

Work
with me.

Therapy for individuals and couples — in English, French, and Greek. In Paris and online.

I work with people who sense that something important is happening — in a relationship, in their emotional life, or in the pattern of how they move through the world — and who want to look at it more carefully, together.

I  ·  Individuals

Individual
Therapy.

We meet, usually weekly, for fifty-minute sessions. The work unfolds gradually — through what is said, what is not said, and what begins to emerge in the space between the two.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, difficult relationships, questions of identity, and the more diffuse sense that something is not right — without quite being able to say what. The work is not time-limited by default. It goes as deep as you want to take it.

I hold a psychodynamic and relational orientation. I do not offer CBT, mindfulness programmes, or structured protocols. I offer a consistent, honest, thoughtful space.

II  ·  Couples

Couples
Counselling.

Couples come to therapy at different moments — in crisis, or before the crisis, when something has shifted without either person being able to name it. Both are worth attending to.

I work with couples using a relational psychodynamic approach. The aim is not to resolve conflict through communication techniques, but to help both partners see more clearly what is actually happening between them — what is being said through argument, silence, distance, or the repetitive quality of the same fight, differently named.

The work asks both people to stay curious about their own contribution to what is difficult. That is harder than it sounds, and more useful than it often seems at first.

III  ·  Expats in Paris

Living between
languages.

I have worked with many people who are living abroad — in Paris, or elsewhere — navigating the particular complexity of a life built at a distance from origin. This is not simply homesickness. It is the experience of holding more than one identity at once, of grieving quietly for a version of life that did not happen, of managing belonging and distance simultaneously.

Many expats find it difficult to access therapy that feels genuinely suited to their situation — that doesn't require translation, in the broadest sense, of who they are. I offer sessions in English, French, and Greek. I am familiar with the terrain.

Online sessions are available and work well for those who travel frequently or who live outside Paris.

The Expat Experience

"I think in English. I feel in Greek. I live in French."

This kind of multiplicity is not a problem to be solved. It is a particular kind of experience that therapy can hold and help integrate — without requiring you to collapse it into a simpler story.

How it begins

Starting
is simple.

01

Write to me

A brief message — who you are, what you are looking for, and whether you prefer in-person or online. No preparation needed.

02

Initial conversation

A free, twenty-to-thirty minute conversation — in person or by video — to see whether this work makes sense for you. No commitment implied.

03

Begin

If the fit feels right, we agree on a regular time and start. The first weeks are exploratory — you set the pace.
